The popular extravagant bar and lounge situated at Busy Corner Mall, Ebony Park is up for sale.

A new listing for the venue was published on the online property portal Property24.com on Saturday, 13 February 2021.

The owner is asking for a cool R15 million and the reason for the sale is apparently due to the owner immigrating.

Granite has experienced some problems since it opened doors to the public. The official launch was meant to be on the 20th of March last year. However, the lounge was forced to close due to the National Lockdown as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The lounge has been closed more than it has opened due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Dramatically, armed thugs brazenly stormed the bar and lounge in Busy Corner Mall on the 1st November of 2020 just before the lockdown curfew. Thugs took off with cash and patron’s valuables.

Granite occupies two levels in a prime position within the Busy Corner Mall. The venue is 750sqm in size and overlooks the Ivory Park township. It boasts 3 bars seating over 300 people and multiple VIP areas.
